I just started to blog and would love to write a book someday. My 8 yr old has Turner syndrome. For more on TS, go to http://www.swohioturnersyndrome.com. We love to create hope for other families that are faced with challenges on raising a TS girl. I love to help inspire people to be agents of transformation and motivate them to find their own purpose in life and live it.AMancinihttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05155025143640860761noreply@blogger.comBlogger11125tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1599785990626259143.post-83256403002106048652012-05-24T10:12:00.003-07:002012-05-24T10:12:59.730-07:00Recommended ReadingsSome recommended reading for customer service is The Simple Truths of Service by Ken Blanchard & Barbara Glanz.
If you need a kick in the pants on customer service and some out of box thinking, read this book. It's a very quick read and makes a good gift for your inside sales staff. The most frustrating thing I have noticed about service today is the lack of follow up and follow through. A lot of companies like to boast about the quality of their product but they lack the quality of service. Now more than ever before we have the ability to go out to social network and read about someone's quality or denounce their quality. Now is not the time to give out poor service because with social media today, it can really break a company.
I told him to bring them home and we hung them in our great room. I plan to put the kids pictures in the windows or add some stain glass. I some plywood, wrapped it with some cushion and then with your choice of fabric. Then I hung my picture.
I also had my husband secure it with a hook so when it closes, it catches and doesn't swing back open.
It's a fabulous program (free) for children needing theraputic services including Early Intervention Programs. We have used them and highly recommend them. They will assess your child's need and help get you or keep your child on track for age appropiate development.
One day the sun and wind were discussing which one could make a man take of his coat faster. The wind said that he would be able to do that so the wind proceeded to make hurricane like winds and this old man was hanging on to his coat, but when the sun came through, the old man looked up and took off his coat. The morale of the story is that we need to be more like sunshine in people's lives to help them take their coat of armor off instead of beating them with a nasty wind and expecting them to take off their armor for us.AMancinihttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05155025143640860761noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1599785990626259143.post-44260635541577730762010-09-29T17:49:00.000-07:002010-09-29T17:49:53.003-07:00Buzz Lightyear CakeSo I make my first Buzz Lightyear cake for my son's 3rd birthday and it did turn out great.
